To register and maintain an account on the 8u888 Platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; (c) be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person; (d) not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously excluded from the 8u888 Platform; and (e) not be an employee, director, officer, agent or affiliate of 8u888 or of any entity that provides services to 8u888 in connection with the Platform.

8u888 may request documentary evidence to verify your age and identity at any time, including (but not limited to) a copy of a valid national identity card, passport or mobile wallet account confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in your account being suspended and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold pending the completion of verification. 8u888 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 8u888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8u888 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8u888 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL) and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 6. Prohibited Activities

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8u888, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal theory, and whether or not 8u888 has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8u888's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by you to your 8u888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or a prohibited activity, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (including any bonus funds) may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete. 11. Amendments to These Terms

8u888 may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date they are posted unless a later effective date is specified.
